Strategic Asset Management Services
We can provide expertise and professional input to the development of strategic asset management plans, high-level asset condition assessments and capital investment strategic plans. We ensure that these exercises reflect industry best practice as well as meet the requirements of government. We can also assist in the preparation and development of indicative cost estimates and budgets to better inform these strategic planning frameworks.

Asset
Maintenance
Services
As well as asset planning we are responsible for the development and delivery of asset maintenance programs across the AQ portfolio. This includes scheduling building and equipment maintenance, routine and non-routine maintenance as well as emergent requirements. Ongoing equipment life cycle replacement and specific compliance projects are a major component of the planned asset maintenance. We are responsible for the commissioning of such work, preparation of design briefs and sketch plans, as well as formal quotation/tender documentation to ensure that these matters are handled in an open and transparent manner and conform with the requirements of the State Purchasing Policy.

The Judith Wright Centre of Contemporary Arts
A former showroom and warehouse in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, has been redeveloped into a cutting edge centre of contemporary Arts. The centre incorporates a 200-seat performance space, four galleries, artist studios for visiting artists, a screening room, purpose built administration and storage facilities, workshops and theatre, music, dance and circus rehearsal spaces.
Seven leading contemporary arts organisations are housed within this first class centre, significantly alleviating a longstanding accommodation crisis for the arts and cultural sectors in Brisbane.
381 Brunswick
381 Brunswick Street has been developed by Arts Queensland as a part of its Accommodating Creativity Strategy to provide tenancy space for the activities of smaller arts bodies and office accommodation for the Public Art Agency.
The design of this building is a result of on-going strategic investment by AQ in arts and cultural development and recognises the unique contribution that the arts make to the cultural life of Queensland.
